Do you feel stuck dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, a life transition or any combination of these issues and want to get on with your life? No matter the challenge, together we will work on developing the practical skills and strategies to improve your well-being. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered focusing on every individual’s unique strengths and needs. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Sessions are 45-60 minutes and offer a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, validated, and empowered to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I offer a free consultation to see if we are a good fit and I am committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. Appointments are currently evening only and fully remote. While I currently do not accept insurance, many insured clients can apply for reimbursement through their health insurance.
